Deidre Bloomquist, FNTP, MRWP, MBCE, PN-L1, IIN HC, CCFT
Founder of Always Growing Wellness | Author | Educator | Practitioner Mentor
Deidre Bloomquist is a visionary leader in the field of functional wellness, dedicated to transforming the way we understand the relationship between environmental toxins, fertility, and childhood health. As the founder of Always Growing Wellness, she brings a forward-thinking, whole-body approach that goes beyond conventional models of care. Currently advancing her education in naturopathic studies, Deidre continues to expand her expertise to bridge nutrition, physiology, and toxin science into a truly integrative framework for generational health.
Her work begins in the preconception phase, where she guides individuals and couples through targeted toxin reduction to improve egg and sperm quality, balance hormones, and prepare the body for conception. This approach not only enhances fertility outcomes but also sets the stage for healthier pregnancies and children. Her best-selling book, Toxic Infertility: Detoxification Solutions to Improve Natural Fertility, outlines her framework and has helped bring awareness to how profoundly toxins influence reproductive health.
Deidre’s expertise extends into pediatrics, where she and her team support hundreds of children each year who struggle with digestive dysfunction and chronic skin conditions such as eczema. By addressing toxin exposures, inherited burdens, and in utero transfers, she helps restore balance and resilience in children whose health challenges are often misunderstood or dismissed in conventional care.
In addition to her clinical work, Deidre is committed to training practitioners to master the complexities of toxin burden. She is the creator of the Toxin Mastery Method, a practitioner certification course that equips providers with the tools and strategies to resolve difficult cases involving mold, metals, chemicals, and their downstream effects. She previously taught for Restorative Wellness Solutions, where she instructed across their entire curriculum—including gastrointestinal healing, hormonal health, blood chemistry mastery, and advanced clinical topics such as detoxification, neuroinflammation, genetics, and autoimmunity. She also co-founded the Wholistic Health Collective, broadening the reach of functional education and mentorship for practitioners.
Today, through her practice, her book, and her practitioner training programs, Deidre continues to advance the mission of helping families and providers alike understand how toxins impact health—and more importantly, how to reverse their effects to create lasting wellness for generations.

Julia mims, NTP, RWP-3
Julia is part of our pediatric team and works with women and young children on reviving gut health, replenishing nutrients, and restoring a healing lifestyle. Her heart is to create space for those with chronic health challenges that are looking for a more supported approach to truly discover healing.
Her journey into nutrition and holistic health began with her own complex health considerations with gut health and autoimmunity. She's made it her mission to help others rebuild their health from a strong foundation of real food and proper function, making sure the body is first nourished and safe to thrive. This passion has increased tenfold when she became a mother to the most perfect little boy, who happens to also have a long-term need for support. Now, they journey together. Nothing will light a fire like a mother advocating for her child!
Julia utilizes her training from the Nutritional Therapy Association and Restorative Wellness Solutions to craft a customized approach to help her clients move the meter on their health. She is also an instructor with RWS on gastrointestinal healing, and volunteers her time as a course mentor with the NTA for up-and-coming practitioners. Julia enjoys creating nutrient-dense simple meals without a recipe, but loves a good Sunday cookbook read. When she's not knee-deep in food and physiology, you can find her hanging with her husband, toddler, and dog on family walks or workouts.
MICHELLE TIERNEY, MS, RDN, LD, CPT, RWP-1
Michelle is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Physical Performance. She currently serves as a functional lab specialist. After trying to navigate numerous digestive struggles, hormonal imbalances and eating disorders through traditional care to no avail, she ventured into the functional nutrition space and never looked back. Now, she enjoys teaching and uplifting others on their own healing journeys towards vitality, using foundational, holistic support.
An aficionado of all things science and physiology, Michelle truly believes in the power of restoring health through a root-cause, foods-first approach. She happily nerds out over functional labs and enjoys teaching her clients how they not only relate to symptoms but also how they can serve as a roadmap towards healing. Her goal is for clients to feel encouraged, validated and excited about their individualized wellness plan and to move towards a robust, sustainable level of healing.
Michelle loves working with men and women struggling with digestive concerns, hormonal and nutrient imbalances and women looking to optimize fertility. When she’s not reading about parasites or interpreting labs, catch her traveling to National Parks, training for races with her running club, reading fiction or walking her dog, Everest, with her husband in St.louis.
Elise DOPPEL, MPH, CCRC, FNTP, RWP-2
Elise is a functional nutritionist who came to this field through the course of her own health struggles – digestive issues, anxiety, insomnia, as well as pregnancy and fertility complications. Realizing how much the proper diet, lifestyle habits, detox strategies, and supplemental supports could help her and her own family, she brought these skills to her work and continues her education on a yearly basis to best support her clients.
She earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Public Health from Oakland University. She also holds a variety of certifications: she's a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and a Level 2 Restorative Wellness Practitioner. She also has extensive training in pediatric care and toxin testing.
Elise helps her pediatric clients with a whole range of ailments, such as eczema, constipation, food allergies, behavioral issues, sleep disorders, weight management, and more. She works to empower the caregivers of these tiny humans by showing them safe and effective ways to introduce food, manage sensitivities or allergies, dose supplements appropriately, detox their bodies, and have an overall improved quality of life. She also often works with the siblings, parents, and grandparents of her pediatric clients because the results for the kids are that profound.
Elise is based in southeast Michigan with her husband and son, where they spend their days working on their new home, boating on the Great Lakes, and immersing themselves in nature whenever possible.

Sara Parker is based out of Denver, Colorado. Her journey with holistic health began after suffering from her own complex health issues, particularly severe digestive complaints, immune dysregulation, and neurological symptoms that conventional medicine didn’t touch.
She dove head first into the world on functional nutrition and hasn’t looked back. After finding immense relief and complete reversal from many of her health issues by embracing a more holistic nutrition and health philosophy, she knew she had to help others find their way.
Sara utilizes her training to develop thoughtful, customized healing protocols to help clients heal the root cause of their chronic health issues.
