We developed this guidebook because 1 in 4 women will experience a miscarriage at some point in their lives. Between the shock of miscarrying, looking for answers, and grieving your loss, I know that caring for yourself nutritionally often falls low on the list of priorities.
We talk to women daily who aren’t finding the information they need to support themselves following a pregnancy loss. This guidebook is designed to bring to light some information about miscarriages that you might not be aware of, help you understand what to expect during the postpartum period, and how to nourish yourself through food to support healing, hormonal rebalancing, and iron replenishment.
