Join us for a session with Deidre Bloomquist, a functional nutritionist specializing in the perinatal period. During this class you’ll learn how to nourish your body during pregnancy, what key nutrients to focus on and how those needs changes throughout the trimesters of pregnancies, and how to support common symptoms holistically (goodbye heartburn, constipation, and nausea). We’ll also discuss nourishment in the postpartum period to support healing and nutrient depletion from pregnancy and birth. We’ll be sure to leave time for specific Q&A to support your unique needs.
